The real estate developer recorded over R$ 240 million in sales during the summer vacation months.

VCI S.A., the company responsible for developing the first Hard Rock Hotel properties in Brazil, recorded more than R$ 240 million in sales between December 2022 and February 2023. Since the start of sales for these developments, the company has surpassed R$ 1.8 billion in total sales volume.

In January alone, VCI generated over R$ 101 million in sales, driven by the success of its exclusive Countdown Event series — special experiences designed for property owners that mark the pre-opening phase of the first two hotels.

More than 14,000 families have already acquired fractional ownership in one of the following developments:

  • Residence Club at the Hard Rock Hotel Fortaleza, located on Lagoinha Beach (Ceará), about one hour from Fortaleza.

  • Residence Club at the Hard Rock Ilha do Sol, in northern Paraná, one hour from Londrina.

  • The newly launched Residence Club at the Hard Rock Jeri, in Jericoacoara (Ceará).

These properties follow the “rock star vacation” concept and operate under a fractional ownership model, where buyers acquire a share of the property with a fully transferable deed, granting them the right to use the space during specific periods of the year. This ownership structure was regulated in Brazil through legislation passed in 2018.

In addition to these three hotels, VCI is developing new Hard Rock units in Campos do Jordão (SP), Foz do Iguaçu (PR), Natal (RN), and Recife (PE) — all to be marketed under the fractional ownership model.

Another Hard Rock Hotel is already under construction in São Paulo, which will be the only location operating under a traditional hotel model. The total Gross Development Value (GDV) projected for all projects is R$ 8 billion.
